Lecturer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To undertake teaching, module management and related work on a range of programs within the respective School.
  • To assist in curriculum and programs development.
  • To conduct research or scholarly activity for publications.
  • To liaise with the School's Administrative and Program Coordinator in providing support for industrial training placement.

Senior Accounts Executive

Duties and Responsibility:

  • Manage the day to day operations of the accounts department.
  • Manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash etc.) and receivable through cash/cheque/voucher in a timely manner.
  • Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
  • Maintain and reconcile cash/financial accounts.
  • Maintain spreadsheet for monitoring and analysing accounting data and prepare financial reports.
  • Prepare the table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed.
  • Enforce credit control.
  • Complete and coordinate annual audits and provide recommendations for improving procedures and system for initiating corrective actions.
  • Allocate cash to different departments/divisions and ensure that the direct staff complies with it.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a recognized Diploma in Accounting with at least one (1) or two (2) years working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of the accounting principles, practices, standards and laws & regulations.
  • Thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software & databases.

Examination Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To prepare the examination timetables, booking of rooms, and seating plans.
  • To set up exam rooms and ensure invigilators are supported in examination rooms.
  • To communicate effectively with all staff and students regarding arrangements for examinations.
  • To maintain confidentiality in all matters associated with examinations.
  • To maintain an efficient filing system associated with all aspects of examinations.
  • To assist the admin team with additional work as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma.
  • Have working experiences in related field for at least two years. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Librarian

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lend materials to library users and check in return materials.
  • Process new books and maintain circulation records.
  • Manage library data and reports utilizing library software systems.
  • Maintain library materials, including bibliographic and other library files.
  • Assist students and staff to access and use resources.
  • Support students as readers and provide reference services.
  • Ensure that the library is clean, safe and organized.
  • Conduct library promotional activities and prepare press releases and newsletters to attract more readers.
  • Manage library inventories, perform stock checks, and prepare item lists for removal, relocation and binding.
  • Manage serial collection and acquisition of new library materials.
  • Perform clerical and other library work as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a recognized Diploma in Library/Resource Management with at least one (1) year working experience. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
