Job Requirements:

Marketing Officer (Preferably Chinese)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • In charge for the recruitment of local students.
  • Develop marketing strategies for the achievement of recruitment targets.
  • Ensure enrollment numbers are met in given timeline.
  • Carry out sales and marketing activities such as road shows, education fairs, presentation, direct marketing, etc.
  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers for all marketing plans.
  • Establish good relationship with the agents, partners, media and parents.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess a least a recognized Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent.
  • AT least 2 years of work experience in education sector would be an added advantage.
  • Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
  • Pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills.

Human Resource Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Undertake internal and external recruitment.
  • Facilitate newcomers joining formalities through induction sessions.
  • Reviews and update job descriptions for all positions regularly.
  • Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
  • Communicate and explain the organizations's HR policies to the employees.
  • Liaise with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management.
  • Support the training and development officer on the design and delivery of HR related training activities.
  • Handles all employee enquirers & grievances.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Degree in Human Resource, Business Studies or related discipline.
  • Advantageous for candidates with minimum 2 years' experience in Human Resource field.
  • Strong Communication and ability to interact with all levels within organization.

College Counsellor

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional and confidential counselling service to students and staff.
  • Develop a resilience to help the students and staff to cope with any difficulties they face.
  • Oversee students' clubs and activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess Degree in Psychology or related discipline with license in Counselling.
  • Preferably with 2 years' experience.
  • High level of initiative, integrity and professionalism.
