This programme is designed to equip students with basic knowledge in supply chain management that is essential in todays global and highly competitive markets. It is also developed to give students the opportunity to learn the aspects of logistics management which encompasses the processes and techniques for developing operations strategy and managing supply chain operation activities. Students will also have an opportunity to learn directly from the world renowned logistics companies through academic visits and industrial training.

Intake: January, April, June, September
Duration: 2 years
(i) A pass in SPM with a minimum of 3 credits or its equivalent; OR
(ii) A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum of Grade C (GP 2.0) in any subject or its equivalent; OR
(iii) A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul; OR
(iv) A pass in SKM Level 3 in a related field and a pass in SPM with a minimum of 1 credit in any subject; OR
(v) A pass in Unified Examination Certificate (UEC) with at least grade B in any 3 subjects or its equivalent; OR
(vi) A pass in NIIT Certificate in Business or its equivalent
Students must complete a total of 90 credits in order to be awarded the Diploma in Supply Chain Management. They must pass all 27 courses prescribed as MPU Compulsory Courses, Programme Core Courses and Core Courses.
The graduates can expect employment opportunities in logistics, procurement, transportation companies, warehousing related industries, manufacturing and service companies, distribution centres, trading companies, courier service companies and logistics service providers.
The graduates of this programme can have the opportunity to pursue a Bachelor Degree in related fields at both local and private universities.
